Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout — your card number never touches our site. You'll get an emailed receipt instantly. Plans renew automatically each year until you cancel — cancel anytime from the billing portal and your visits run through the period you've paid for.

For your security we don't handle billing logins ourselves — Stripe verifies it's really you by emailing a one-time code to the address on your membership, then opens your portal.

Garage Guard FAQ

01Is paying online actually secure?
Yes. Checkout happens on Stripe — the same payment processor behind Amazon and Shopify checkouts. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; it never touches our website, our staff, or our records. We only ever see that your membership is active.
02Can I cancel? Is there a contract?
No contract, cancel anytime, no phone call required. Open the billing portal above, click cancel, and your membership stays active through the end of the year you've already paid for. You can also switch tiers the same way.
03What happens right after I subscribe?
Stripe emails your receipt instantly, and we text you within one business day to set your visit schedule. Guard Lite members pick spring/fall months; Garage Guard members get a quarterly calendar; Black members choose their monthly day.
04What if I don't use a visit?
On the Garage Guard plan, any visit you don't use converts to a $100 EGC gift card — good toward any of our services or transferable to a neighbor. So the membership never wastes.
05What does a visit actually include?
A real crew visit: we sweep the floor, re-tidy what's drifted, and haul away accumulated junk (up to your plan's allowance). Garage Guard and Black visits include a quick reorganize so shelves and zones stay the way we built them.
06Where do you offer Garage Guard?
Fort Collins and the surrounding Northern Colorado towns we serve daily — Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Timnath, Severance, and LaPorte. Not sure you're in range? Check our service areas or just text us.
07I haven't had a cleanout yet — can I still join?
Garage Guard works best as the "keep it that way" plan after a cleanout or turnaround. If your garage needs the big first pass, book a cleanout first — then Guard keeps it from ever getting that way again.
