These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the garage cleanout, garage organization, and junk removal services provided by Easy Garage Cleaning LLC ("Easy Garage Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a job, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our website, request a quote, opt in to text messages, or book our services. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our Services

We provide garage cleanouts, garage organization, junk removal, and related hauling services in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary by location and job scope.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided as flat-rate estimates based on the photos and information you supply. A final price is confirmed on site before work begins, and you only pay after approving that quote. If the actual volume, weight, access, or contents differ materially from what was described, we may adjust the quote and will review any change with you before continuing.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We schedule service by appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the service location at the scheduled time.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with returned or failed payments.

Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you own the items to be removed, or that you are authorized to have them removed and disposed of. You agree to identify anything you wish to keep before we begin — please double-check for personal documents, valuables, and keepsakes beforehand. We are not responsible for items you fail to identify as items to keep.

Items We Do Not Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we do not haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, oil, asbestos, ammunition, or biohazardous waste. If such items are present, we may decline to remove them and will let you know how they can be disposed of properly. See our What We Take page for details.

Donation & Disposal

Where practical, we donate or recycle usable items — including through partners such as the Habitat for Humanity ReStore — and dispose of the remainder at appropriate facilities. Once items are removed with your authorization, they become our property to donate, recycle, or dispose of at our discretion, and cannot be returned.

Property & Liability

We take reasonable care while working on your property, and Easy Garage Cleaning is insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage arising from unsafe or concealed conditions, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

SMS / Text Message Terms

Program description. When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, by checking the consent box on one of our quote or contact forms — Easy Garage Cleaning LLC may send you recurring text messages (SMS) about your quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, crew-arrival and service updates, and follow-up questions about your job. This is a transactional and customer-care messaging program.

Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and help. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (970) 999-1818 or contact@easygaragecleaning.com.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Privacy. No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
